Great interface but customer service could be better

What do you like best? The interface to manage payroll and benefits is beautiful and easy to use. What do you dislike? Customer service is not always well-informed. Their benefits year for healthcare starts in November which I find ridiculous. It makes it very hard to move to another provider and it makes it confusing for employees. What do you like best? The company has a strong and intuitive interface, and has been able to negotiate strong pricing for benefits offerings. What do you dislike? The initial onboarding experience was problematic, and the service level went down from there. Great client service and easily accessible forms

What do you like best? I like how I can call them an ask them questions about my benefits etc and the will direct me to the right place. I like how the people I talk to are really knowledgable. Very helpful service for HR administration

What do you like best? The point of contact for initial setup was superb - it's one-on-one and it seems like they're always available and ready to help. Having that initial person walk us through everything was probably the best way to start a program. They also have a chat feature that is so much easier than calling/emailing at times. What do you like best? Justworks makes HR and Payroll easy. Once the initial setup is done, most of the process runs automatically. They also provide great access to the benefits my employees want.
