What do you like best about JustCall? Just Call works, all of the time, I am at times reluctant to try new things as most of the time something is not right. What do you dislike about JustCall?

"Best call and SMS application for Zoho."

What do you like best about JustCall? It works out of the box. It actually does what it advertises and is flawless, no bugs found so far. I have is set up with custom workflows. I have tried other SMS solutions and they are either clunky, difficult to set up or super expensive and missing key features.
