Double Billing

I received my credit card statement and noticed two different charges within the same month. I thought that Jungle Scout had billed me twice within. I sent them informing them that they billed me twice. They sent me a response along with how to review my billing statements. I noticed they were not able to bill me for the previous month because my card was maxed out. The issue was quickly resolved and I continued my subscription.
