This company made it right
update: After all of this happened, the company has finally found my refund and was able to put the $376 back into my account. They made right on their business and I appreciate it from them. This company is fraudulent! They billed my card $376 and after going back and forth with them about a refund they still have never returned it. Also, for me, one major plus is that the support team is very fast to answer you and help you with whatever details you need. Jungle Scout is a fantastic program. I had one small issue when I first started using it and they promptly corrected it. Just an installation glitch in the extension. They advised uninstall and reinstall while they investigated on their end and it was the perfect solution to my issue! Definitely great customer service...🥰
