Outstanding Customer Service
I wanted to start using Jungle Scout so I bought the Basic Anual Subscription, a couple of days went by and I noticed I didn’t have enough time to use it… I reached for Customer Support and they gave me a refund in less than 15-20 minutes, I know the time may vary but in my situation, the service was fast, responsive and efficient. I highly recommend this software.

excellent customer service
I cancel my membership after 3 hours due to personal issue , and i emailed cs they refund me immediately, no question ask. fast service and reliable.

What do you like best about Jungle Scout? Jungle scout has it all. They are regularly rolling out new features to complement their already robust functionality. And their customer support is second to none. We're happy to have made jungle scout an integral part of our business for going on three years now.
