Had a little technical problem, the tec support was very reactive and they solved my problem very rapidly!! Plus I have to say that the jungle scout content it's really great. I'm sure that I will succeed thanks to them as well!!

Outstanding Customer Support!
I've had to reach out to Jungle Scout customer service a few times since joining, but the staff has ALWAYS been very prompt in getting back to me and getting my issue resoloved quickly. Unlike so many other customer service experience I've had with other companies, Jungle Scout CSRs actually listen and take action to resolve my issues. A HUGE thank you to the Jungle Scout staff for emulating what Quality Customer Service means!

"JS - Great amz software with some unique features"
What do you like best about Jungle Scout? JS probably has the most value for money when compared with similar products. The supplier database is the most unique product, allowing to understand competing companies import and export volumes, and suppliers.
