Cancellation of yearly plan subscription with JungleScout
I had subscribed with one year plan and it was not my intention, I got confused a bit in the website. I sent a mail requesting the refund, their response was very fast. They returned back the money within minutes. I appreciate the customer service in Jungle Scout and their fast response. Their behavior with me, as a customer who is not actually subscribing to any bundle yet, made me keen to try their service. Good Job, Keep Moving Forward !

Somewhere around the 1st of October I…
Somewhere around the 1st of October I was signing up for another round of jungle scout. I was meaning to pick a month to month deal but accidentally picked a yearly bundle. Needles to say it was to nmuch for my budget and needed to change and get the reimbursement for that. The Jungle scout Reps were understanding and handled my request in a very timely manner! (Within the next couple business days.) Awsome team!
