I recently had an issue with my Jungle Scout subscription, as I accidentally signed up for the yearly plan instead of the monthly plan. I contacted customer support and was assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative who helped me quickly and easily switch my payment to the monthly plan. I was impressed with how easy the process was and how helpful the support team was throughout the whole experience. Overall, I highly recommend Jungle Scout and their fantastic customer support team!
