Great customer service and fast response to resolve issues. I just signed up to JS. Still learning the ropes but from what I can see so far is that the staff there for you to help you get started and to answer any inquiries.

Useful but login and alert problems.
Overall I enjoy it and would like to use it for long term. But the issues that I created tickets are not solved in the past months. I hope that can be improved and my experience will be better.
