Amazing product with the best customer support staff
Best customer support of any company. It’s very refreshing to get an answer to a question within a few hours by someone who KNOWS what they are talking about. I absolutely love the product but having one of the best customer support staff’s around makes it that much better.

Amazing customer service
I had an issue with the 2FA tied to my account after my phone was crushed. There was an issue with the 2FA app not recovering my account. I contacted Jungle Scout late in the evening, thinking I would not get an answer until the morning. Much to my surprise, I received an answer within a few minutes. After some account authentication, I was able to access my Jungle Scout. Amazing customer service.
