Great customer service, average tool
Although the JungleScout team was great and provided very fast responses to my questions, the tool, I found, had some issues. For one, it didn't give accurate sales estimates (I know because I was tracking a product I OWN and the numbers were WAY off), and good tutorials were difficult to find.

Firefox extension wanted!
3/27/19: Updated to say I made the leap to Chrome and find this extension invaluable in growing my FBA business! ---------------- 1/23/17: I love Jungle Scout but I don't love Chrome. I wish you would build an extension for Firefox.

Bad Rationalization from JS
JS is all about time saving in doing product research, right? I've just joined back in Dec'16. Now, you guys came out with a much more streamlined e-book and 7 part product research videos. You guys denied me and every members who already paid for JS with some absurd rational that you set (anyone who joined 2 weeks prior to the 2017 special is not getting these 2 valuable resources. Try to tell that to customers who joined 18 - 20 days before and see how that's turn out). Your customers ...
