JS is all about time saving in doing product research, right? I've just joined back in Dec'16. Now, you guys came out with a much more streamlined e-book and 7 part product research videos. You guys denied me and every members who already paid for JS with some absurd rational that you set (anyone who joined 2 weeks prior to the 2017 special is not getting these 2 valuable resources. Although the JungleScout team was great and provided very fast responses to my questions, the tool, I found, had some issues. For one, it didn't give accurate sales estimates (I know because I was tracking a product I OWN and the numbers were WAY off), and good tutorials were difficult to find.
