Jungle Scout refund
My father was using Jungle Scout for 3 years however he suffered several strokes last year and was unable to continue his business. His Jungle Scout subscription automatically renewed without his knowledge and went unnoticed for a month. When we contacted Jungle Scout and explained the situation to them they agreed to refund the purchase even though he had gone beyond the 7 days trial period detailed in their terms. Good software and I inadvertently paid up for a whole year when I wanted a monthly plan. Just one email to customer services and it was sorted. Can’t fault that.

What do you like best about Jungle Scout? They cover almost everything required to do business on Amazon. If you have a jungle scout, then you do not need 10 different tools to solve the problem. Proper guidance in the Academic Section, Supplier's Database, Product hunting tools, marketing tool, inventory management, and above all they have the best support team if you have any issues.

Good product. The best customer support.
Jungle Scout is a top-notch product for looking over a huge amount of information in Amazon, and automating things to take minutes that would otherwise take hours. The product is cool - but the customer support is the best. Replies are always extremely quick, yet detailed enough to leave me with no further questions.
