Love the product. No beginner seller on Amazon should be without this tool. It's like having a full staff doing research for you with data you can trust...plus unlike real employees, they do not call in sick or ask for a raise. Info is available 24/7 and if you need help it is only a click away.

Great product
Great product, provide useful information. Certain prestudy required before actual using it. So far I have enjoyed to learn how to use and search items. Sometimes it shows only blanks or unstable connections so 4 stars. Oh I love turorial video via email. Thank you :)
