Jungle Scout Products and help are excellent. They have many useful videos. I think they need to do some updating to keep pace with Viral Launch.

I like your software but I am frustrated
I like your software but I have some frustrations. Recently, I've been researching new opportunities using high demand, bad marketing data. It notes there are approx 2 million products/items. Once I get to the 5,000th line, I can't go any further. If your software recognises there are approx 2 million items in this category, why can't I have access to more than 5,000? I've contacted support twice and they advise that the limit is currently 5,000. Fine but why can't I just move to the next ...
