Their customer Service is Amazing!
I love using Jungle Scout to look for products for my business, but what i love the most about JS is their customer service. Anytime, you have an issue, they will help you to get it solved and they are so nice about it. They never doubt you, they just take care of it. It's some of the best customer service I have seen around.

ok, TWF steered me away from you guys regarding amazon as the buy box seller misinformation...is that still true. I have been using PC@ and its really clunky....have you fixed this problem with Jungle Scout? I much prefer the Jungle Scout environment...Cal
