Fast and reliable since at the beginning
I just join a new yearly plan with JS so I have not so long experiences with them but at the first little issue by changing my plan from monthly to yearly they were super fast to reply and solving my problem. I can say this is a great start!

I have to say, I never give a review for a product whether im satisfied or not. But JS is an exception, after having bought the product - i had a lot of questions, and the Customer support is just amazing, super fast, reactive, clear - we can really feel that they are there to help you, to be successful.
