Subscribed to JS last week, but can't seem to find a good product to launch. Many of the items don't show opportunity score, says 'it is only available on the search page' which is not helpful at all. Emailed customer service but did not get any help yet. Would definitely appreciate some help asap.

Although Jungle Scout has the best…
Although Jungle Scout has the best resources for selling products in the Amazon marketplace and the customer support is awesome, I just wish there would be a one-on-one coaching program to help new sellers get their first product to market. I would pay and appreciate this highly.

Incorrect Data
While the concept and information given if correct are excellent, i find the app does not seem to work properly. Contacted CS a few times regarding the Web app NOT displaying correct data. Upon being instructed, i followed, to no avail. Some of the data presented back correctly, while other remained obviously incorrect. Making a good product choice is hindered.
