Teaching a man to fish....
A product without support will only ever just be a thing produced, and Jungle Scout produced software. But there's added value to that thing produced and its much more valuable to me than the product itself. That value is were it always has been thru the history of trade and commerce, with the people who support the product. I can say that JS has the most exceptional customer service ever!! I do have a concern though; I'm not an Amazon seller yet, I have reading JS emails and watching all these videos and when I was ready to subscribe which I did 2 wks ago, I kind of feeling discouraged to start selling. I started the product research phase and started digging into the lessons and looking for a winning product but when I saw these numbers of monthly revenue and (more than 150k) with low rating and low quality ...

Jungle Scout has some really good tools…
Jungle Scout has some really good tools to help but your customer service is really disappointing. I initially had an issue with the extension and went back and forth trying to get it fixed, the end result...we will let our tech know about the problem. No fix for me it was like oh well deal with the issue. Next came my cancelling of my App and working with the extension. An error in billing and instead of taking the time to be thorough my extension, which I was still active was cancelled. I ...
