Need to fix how you choose subscription
I too was excited and thought I was ordering the monthly subscription because $49 was IN BOLD, but I accidentally ordered the annual subscription. I have sent one ticket and one email so far. It has been over 24 hours without a response. It will not let me change to a monthly plan, and has already charged me $620. I was finally able to cancel the subscription, but that just cancels the auto renew feature, it does not refund the money spent. I am hoping that since they are not responding to ...
