Had an issue with missing COG in Profit…
Had an issue with missing COG in Profit Overview in some but not all products. Sue instantly caught my problem and the dev team did a great job. Couple of days later the correct profits showed up.

I was surprised to see that I could ask you a question on Shipping multiple products from different destinations to Amazon and got a very honest answer. That kind of help is unusual and is possible only by an efficient set up in an organization.Again the the videos by Jungle Scout are the best,especially for a beginner like me. Outstanding Customer Service
I was interested in jungle scout and their services so I decided to go ahead and try it out. I accidentally paid for the yearly plan which was not what I originally thought I was getting, so I paid more than I anticipated. I contacted Jungle Scout’s support team, and they responded within 2 days. I received a refund within the week. With the couple hours I did use the service, it seems well designed and I would recommend it. What I can vouch for is their customer service. So, all in all I ...

I think some tactical walkthrough on…
I think some tactical walkthrough on listing a product would be very helpful. I recently learned that listing a private labeled product isn't as easy as it is made to seem. The Amazon Brand Registry is basically a nightmare and needs some taming. I had to open a support ticket to list a private labeled product because I don't have my registered trademark yet.
