Never forgotten!!!
The best part of this experience was that there was a delay getting the answer to my problem, but they kept me informed telling me that an answer was soon forthcoming. How can you knock that for customer service!

Terrific service!
I had a great encounter with a JS employee! I had cancelled my account a few months earlier, but recently got a message saying it got renewed (with the corresponding deduction from my credit card). I told her what had happened and she responded immediately by refunding the deduction and cancelling my account. I was surprised and absolutely in awe of the great service!

Having tried and tested tools for Amazon FBA.
Despite the nonsense from many of the so called gurus and BS artists out there, Amazon is a tough and serious business model which needs tenacity and skill to do well on. Having good software and support is critical for the serious entrepeneur. Jungle scout has good software and support features which have been battle proven. The success is up to the individual but as the old adage goes you cant make a masterpiece without the right tools

Great tools and support!
Jungle Scout provides a great set of tools to help Amazon sellers succeed. I appreciate all the support I've got so far on my Amazon FBA journey. Haven't reached my goal yet, but I am taking action and getting closer to it. All the best to all the Amazon sellers out there!

Great User Interface!
I've been doing Amazon PPC for over a year and at this point I've tried and tested most of the tools out there. I love Jungle Scout's clean legible interface. When you are staring at a screen for hours at a time trying to create or work or define actionable data, having it clearly articulated on the screen is essential. Its the best I've found on all fronts.

I truly don't leave feedback (because who really has the time), but I felt inclined to reflect on my recent experience with JungleScout. Nowadays when you have technical issues with bank accounts or credit cards or even stuff like Amazon accounts you can be sure that the service provided will be outsourced. Further, the person handling your issue 99% of the time (at least in my experience) is far removed from the company interface or platform and has absolutely no idea how to fix the ...
