Jungle Scout is excellent
I always received the best customer service from JS. Every time the tool has had a problem or I have not been able to identify how to do something on it, a customer service person will always help you with a smile "through the chat" hahaha. I love JS and the way it is so easy to use.Also, JS is a very accurate tool and the product tracker is perfect and unique in the market.Please never change. :D

Excellent service
Excellent service, I misunderstood the membership payment type and had to place a request for modification. The team answered promptly and in less than 24hs I had the payment type altered to what I intended to have. Since then, I have been using the website continuously and I must confess I am extremely delighted to have chosen Jungle Scout for helping me in this new challenge in my life.
