The reason I choose jungle is because of their customer support. If a company value customer support , you can be sure they never stop improving their tools. This was really my decision over other software tools out there.

Jungle scout is a great tool with excellent support. My favorite is the promotions section. They always seem to be trying to improve. This really is an all in one tool. I couldn't do FBA without it!

Customer Service is Great
Misunderstood the 14 day money back guarantee as a 14 day trial and didn’t understand why I got charged right away. It was my fault I didn’t read correctly, but customer service response time was fast and they explained throughly. Not always the case these days. Keep it up.
