Great customer service!
I got a refund in 4 business days! I mistakenly did 'pay yearly' instead of 'pay monthly'. I emailed jungle scout support team. Greg and Eva helped me get my refund which was over $600(yearly payment - payment for August). We sent and received about 7 emails during the course. I finally got my money back and I am back on track. Thank you Greg and Eva again!

Great customer service!

Kind and throughout service
I couldn't log in and contacted the customer support, the response from them was very friendly and helpful! It turned out was my own mistake(wrong email) but definitely felt satisfied with the support!
