Beyond expectations in Customer Service
I contacted Jungle Scout with questions and their customer support staff (each of them I dealt with) answered my questions and educated me well beyond any reasonable expectation. I was totally blown away. Jungle Scout itself is a piece of software that is incredibly useful with anything commerce and Amazon.

JS is the best!!
This company has one of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. I had a 3 months subscription with JS and I faced some problems regarding some of the features and this features did not work for almost 2 weeks. when I contacted JS customer service they were happy to extend my subscription for another 2 weeks.
