A Jungle Scout representative responded to our email quickly and explained where to find the tool we were looking for. I got a lot of compliments from my friends about this software I bought it and for almost a month tried to study it, but was unsuccessful A. Because I do not understand English well. B. Because it's too complex for me. I contacted customer service and asked them that I want the money back. They returned an answer to me that took more than 14 days so they will not be able to return the money to me. Great contribution to my workflow
The tools are very important to have and they are there for helping us in this journey, I'm rating 4stars because on Amazon Mexico I'm having some issues retrieving all the data accurately... I don't know if it's the platform itself (Mexico) or the bad listings quality or simply it needs more work. I like it in general and has been a great contribution to my workflow. I have used Jungle Scout in free trial…
I have used Jungle Scout in free trial of 14 days and found lot of new techniques and advaced process . Unfortunately I am going to be busy in other business for 6-8 moNTHS AND i AM NOT GOING TO USE THIS. ONCE AGAIN THANKS .
