Fantastic Customer Support from Jungle Scout
I received fantastic customer service support from Jungle Scout. I had a service question that was time sensitive. Not only did JS Customer Support respond promptly, but they also went above and beyond to authorize an exception to my situation so that I would be 100% satisfied...all within a few hours. Worth the time invested
Its intimidating at first for sure so make sure to go to the Academy and watch JS YouTube videos which breakdown the process step by step. Be ready to put some time in but you will feel comfort in knowing help is always a click away.
