Great customer service!
Jungle scout’s customer service is one of the best out there! They were very understanding and helpful with my requests. Definitely would recommend people to use their site.

JS was not working
My Jungle Scout app. was not opening on the right page or was not appearing in the listing categories. The service received from three persons, during those days was specially kind, with very good manners, and "happy to serve you". And yes, I was happy to received their help, The problem was obviously solved. Thank you.

I would have given 5 stars, but I’m unhappy with this tool. I’ve been using JS now for close to a year and I’m gutted to find out that their data is not correct, they attributed a higher monthly sales revenue to my product than I actually make, even the monthly sales figure does not correspond to what I sell, so it’s made me begin to question the figures I see from other sellers. I know that JS cannot provide its customers with accurate numbers, but would be nice if it was closer to the ...

Jungle Scout is great
Jungle Scout is great, I wish though, it wasn't so expensive. Customer Service is excellent, they answer super fast and really solve problems.

Excellent customer service!
Every time I have reached out to junglescout they respond within hours. Most companies when sending their support team an email take days per back and forth. Also, I had a billing issue and they didn’t even question it they immediately refunded it and were very friendly. Definitely great customer service!
