Very difficult to get in touch with…
Very difficult to get in touch with support. Sometimes it would take several hours to hear back from someone including Twitter. The data on keyword ranking didn’t seem accurate. For example, I would have a keyword with a sponsored ranking of 2 and jungle scout wouldn’t show I wasn’t ranked.

Jungle Scout was easy to deal with
Jungle Scout was easy to deal with. I cancelled because I simply wanted someone to help me pick a product and put on amazon for sale. the process was too daunting and I decided not to continue. I simply don't have time for courses and calls all day. If someone were to simply call and help me find and put product on amazon I would not have cancelled.

Over all Jungle Scout is a good tool
Over all Jungle Scout is a good tool, i rate 3 stars as there are many portals which are not yet available on JS. Singapore, Australia, Saudi, UAE are some of them. Please try to cultivate them as we stand half strength when these portals are unavailable.
