Excellent tools and customer service
Everything with regards to the Jungle Scout features and functionatilies was great, and the customer service was excellent, the support given by Myk and the billing team was, to say the least, phenomenal. The reason we cancelled the subscription is that we had recently hired an Analyst that was the leader for our Amazon Store project, and it was she who suggested the acquisition of the Jungle Scout subscription; though we find the tool and its reach amazing, this person quitted the company ...

Jungle Scout Review
Quick and responsive to issues experienced while using the extension. Issues will always pop up, this is the nature of things. How they are handled makes all the difference and the Jungle Scout representative (Regina) was most helpful. I would highly recommend them for their tools as well as their service.

I purchased JS to explore it's features…
I purchased JS to explore it's features and compare it with other available products in the market. And I found it quite useful, it has all the required features. I could do my analysis using various tools provided in JS. I would highly recommend it to others. The support provided by the JS team is fantastic! Since I am new here so found it little expensive, but will resubscribe soon.

Great Experience
