I had trouble with my account
I had trouble with my account, a screen would come up saying to upgrade my account whenever I would do anything. It was my fault I went through an affiliate and didn't realize it was just for new customers. But they helpful people at jungle scout got me going again. The only problem is it couldn't find a phone number to talk to an actual person and the chat box is all automated.

Had an issue upon sign up. Customer resolved my billing issue in a timely manner. So far the date I'm receiving from this app is giving me good insight into my product research.

No regrets for choosing Jungle Scout
I am now half way though JS's free Academy course which gives a very clear and detailed overview of all the various processes involved in becoming a successful seller. When I contacted their help desk, I got very prompt, knowledgeable and detailed answers. I cannot recommend Jungle Scout more highly for its educational resources and easy to use tools.
