Instructions to connect JS with AMZ
I asked for instructions to connect JS with my Amazon account. The first instructions I received from JS were not helpful. The links I had to follow did not appear on amazon's website. It looked as if JS didn't have the latest version of Amazon's website (????) Eventually, I managed to reconnect AMZ with JS, but I did so without following JS's instructions. The JS person who contacted me, answered me every time, in a very short time. So my score is high.

Best tool to learn.
For anyone who wants to learn or have questions about E-commerce , Jungle Scout is a wonderful tool to learn . if you have any questions they also help you or guide you , you are not alone. I been learning so much. I'm very happy with Jungle Scout . Sincerely Alicia Lilly.

sales analytics need to be improved
Bad experience with sales analytics. Unable to upload costs (need to do manually). Figures do not really match with Amazon’s reports. I am not sure if I can trust JS reports.

My Problems using the JS Program and Features
I’m from Australia, I signed up to Jungle Scout and over the course of the week I watched the user guided tutorial reference videos to understand how to use their program and products. After this I’ve gone to start using the program and quickly realised that this program wasn’t suitable and able to provide for me any data for my Australian Amazon.com.au.
