I had a payment issue which Junglescout quickly resolved - what a refreshing change to have it handled in such a very professional, easy and quick manner!
I bought a 3 month subscription as a gift for a friend so can't personally speak about how I rate Junglescout itself as a tool, however, the Company itself, although there was a small issue concerning a further payment, dealt with it all very promptly, courteously and efficiently when I emailed them about it. These days it's become unusual to find Companies which are honest and I found it very reassuring to find that Junglescout is one of them. Thank you again for handling everything so ...
