Excellent attention
Jungle Scout has an amazing customer service. I had a problem with the system since not all the tools in the platform are available for Mexico, so I requested support to check this, and they were very fast in response, direct to the point, I didn't need to struggle long processes.

Great tools and service
Great tools and service Jungle scout provides great tools and I was dissapointed when I ran into a problem getting into my account. Like many companies I had to submit an online ticket for my issue. I was happily surprised that within about 24 hours my issue was resolved. Thank you great job.

I'm highly impressed with your customer service. I wasn't expecting a top-notch service being as though there is no live person to talk to. The jungle Scout has done an exceptional job. "A Powerful Tool for Amazon Sellers"
What do you like best about Jungle Scout? Early on, the keyword and product scouting aspect of Jungle Scout was very helpful in building our listings and determining how to best optimize the copy and the content for maximum search visibility. Now that our account is more mature, the tracking is very useful for daily alerts, competitor tracking, and also the add-on tool which allows you to request reviews through Amazon's approved methods easier.

I think Jungle scout is great however it drains your bottom line until you make a sale
I think Jungle scout is great however as the user data mines and finds a great product or two we find ourselves in a quandary because until your product is sourced, marketed, and sold which can take several months or even a year, there’s no use to keep researching on Jungle Scout. The monthly payment keeps draining your pocket until you make a sale. I recommend lowering the fees in the short term packages from 1-6 months and it will be more attractive to new e-commerce Amazon sellers like ...

I have had a good experience with jungle scout since first purchasing the service some years ago. The main thing for me which they have always been kind and fair in is customer service. Even with pricing plan changes, they have always been fair and kind to me. For this reason, I do give them five stars and have no hesitation recommending them. Services evolve but a companies core attitude tends to remain the same: jungle scout have got it right.
