I am an elderly gentleman and struggle with computer technology. The customer support team at Jungle Scout is really super terrific about my short-comings and very understanding! I just spent 6 days emailing support a dozen times trying to figure out if I will lose my Chrome Extension Lifetime License which I got grand-fathered into and support was absolutel terrific about it! Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. So far whatever i have come up with any queries related to understanding the course, they have answered it to my satisfaction. I havent started selling as yet but hopefully their support will be awesome through out.Thank you JS.

Really worthwhile and easily to use product

I asked them to return the money I paid…
I asked them to return the money I paid for the monthly subscription. Because I have never done my business yet. The response was positive and they refunded the money as quickly as possible. It only took one day. Thank you very much for your classy and professional behavior.
