My credit card was charged for an automatic renewal and I contacted CS in the same week. Honestly, I was expecting an exhausting exchange of emails before getting a refund, as usually companies do. But it was really pleasant to see that CS agent politely offered me some alternative pricing PLUS offered a full refund. But things didn't stop here.
