Great tool for Amazon keyword search
Great tool for Amazon keyword search, tracking competition and monitoring daily sales! Also, they have a great customer service team who reply within a couple of hours! Highly recommended!

Loading time and Excel format (currencies/numbers)
Primarily, the deduction of 2 stars for the in-amazon add-in loading time and the "Excel"-format. It sometimes really takes ages to load. Further, it does not really make sense that data is coming in csv (the files are normally very small) and that currencies must be formatted so they are detected by Excel. Positive, was my experience with a very rapid costumer service once. If loading time and Excel format improve, with pleasure also 5 stars. Thank you for reviewing and kr :)
