The best thing with Jotform
The best thing with Jotform - the ability for users to upload files!! It streamlines my work so I don't have to go back and ask people for PDFs... The amount of time saved is great! Highly recommended & their interface is super easy to get the hang of as well :)

Poor support
I have a HIPAA form, with which we have been having problems (data disappears from data tables). Because the form is HIPAA protected, their support services cannot troubleshoot the tables. Endless emails back and forth with their support team. Please do not waste your money on this product.
