Worked perfectly for my needs
Worked perfectly for my needs. Created an online form for registering for an event for my church. Put it on our website and people were easily able to fill it out. I was emailed each time we received a new registration. I was able to make lists of registrants easily. Will definitely use again.

Health & Safety - digital site docs
Great and easy to use. Enrolled with 50% discount. In the Health & Safety environment using forms as onsite digital checklists, dairies and risk assessments. Great that can integrate to Gdrive, to have pdf backups that used for further processing

Forms made easy
JotForm makes custom forms easy! Just drag, drop and edit. Makes a very professional looking form. Submissions are easy to edit and create a PDF of to keep a hard copy. Just wish the free plan had more submissions allowed.
