Love it!
We've been using JotForm for about 2 months and it's been a lifesaver. The online form was easy to create from my existing paper form design. What I love the most is that while it emails us the signed pdf form, we also receive the form data automatically thru Google Sheets. We are able to import our data into another software program without manual entry and still have an actual signed document to save.
