Nice tool for forms with attachments
Great tool for making forms with many options for calculating fields and especially sending uploaded documents as attachments.

Overall happy with the app
Overall happy with the app, until unfortunately something goes wrong. Been now waiting for 18 days for an issue that has been yet unresolved nor do I receive any help-full feedback. Not what I would expect for this pricing.

We use Jotform for our holiday request…
We use Jotform for our holiday request forms. It is so easy for employees to request a holiday and they get a response via email. It took no time at all to produce the form and get it ready to publish. Would be nice if the packages offered more than one user (other than Enterprise).

Jotform has gone from a platform I was really excited to use, and seemed to be a real time saver, to a platform that I now do not trust with either my information or that of my clients. I set up my account, started building my form and everything was good. Support was very helpful in giving me custom CSS to modify my form to fit within my brand guidelines. However, when I attempted to pay and upgrade my service, there was an issue with the payment. This led to my log in being locked. The ...

Complete, smooth and easy tool
I used Jotform to create study questionnaires for my master's degree. I highlight the smooth interface, ease of handling elements, the ability to create conditions for elements, inclusion and customization of translation for fields, the possibility of editing URLs, among others. I definitely recommend the tool
