What do you like best about Jolt? All the platforms are very user-friendly, and the tech support from each representative is STELLAR!!! I LOVE IT!! What do you dislike about Jolt? That we didn't get them sooner in our organization. What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Not many problems at all as I said, they are so user-friendly. But anything that I am not certain of, they are at my call. PROMPTLY!!!

What do you like best about Jolt? Thebility to follow up without being at a location. CSM knowledge. Customizable lists. Set up in the beginning was fully supported. Special training for myself as the admin when needed. What do you dislike about Jolt? I call it "Tablet Tapping" wich is like pencil whipping.
