"Jolt Monitoring"

What do you like best about Jolt? Customer service has been outstanding with Jolt. They are very responsive. And believe it or not, the people I call actually answer the phone if they are available. I always get a reply to my emails in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Jolt? I have not had one complaint with Jolt. It's been a wonderful solution for us. "Jolt at our restaurant ."

What do you like best about Jolt? It is easy to use after the initial setup . Product support is great as well The support is good and Mia has been extremely helpful along with her team . What do you dislike about Jolt? The last update was a it of challenge as it has a storage work . Jolt support provided help . Thank What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeps constant check on all sensors daily. help me with food safe compliance. All organised and in one place

"Jolt has been a cleaning machine for our in house inventory, on time task lists, and accountability."

What do you like best about Jolt? Jolt has been so helpful in opening up a door to our inventory & accountablity. We get to see through photos access to our store digitally that everything was done. What do you dislike about Jolt? Sometimes learning the software, but the support has been robust! What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Inventory management, task list solution, and leverage/recognition with employees . The store is clean, organized, accountable, and digital.

"Jolt offers the best of all we need"

What do you like best about Jolt? Jolt offers more than we choose to use at this time. Jolt Digital Food Safety with the cooler/freezer sensors added is so easy. In addition, we use the Shift Management checklists. Their standard lists provided are great AND customization to add lists makes this perfect. What do you like best about Jolt? The versatility of it :) It's an extremely helpful app What do you dislike about Jolt? Can be quite buggy at times, but overall very good What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? I guess it's solving our staffing for each day?

"Jolt helped us grow from 200 employees to 500+"

What do you like best about Jolt? Jolt helps us remotely monitor all of our restaurant location's daily/weekly/monthly tasks and quickly make changes on the fly. What do you dislike about Jolt? I request is to add a LMS feature but we have worked around it for now What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Having digital cloud-based content helps us monitor 500+ employees and allows us to see data across all 40+ locations.

What do you like best about Jolt? Jolt gives our teams the ability to use shared lists to both track and verify job completion in real time. What do you dislike about Jolt? "Love Jolt!"

What do you like best about Jolt? I love the sensors and the email notifications s they make things a lot easier! What do you dislike about Jolt? Nothing, just sometimes it captures temperature too quickly when temping beef, when other times it makes you wiggle it around for a minute to capture it. What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you? Jolt keeps our food safe from storage to serving.

"The response to questions/troubleshooting any issues is timely and they provide outstanding support."

What do you like best about Jolt? One of the best things is having a point of contact that is knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and keep me updated on any new changes.
