VOIP Functiality is BAD, Like Most Other Conference Call Programs
What do you like best? Very intuitive and easy to use UI. Used by a lot of clients, so many are already familiar with the program and have it downloaded to their desktop. What do you dislike? When clients "dial from a computer" (use VOIP, it rarely worked for me. I called customer service and did everything they recommended, and I still had issues. In all fairness this happens with most other conference calling programs I've tried. So, you have to let all of your clients know, via ...

Everything that you want for a good videoconference
What do you like best? You can do a videoconference and as administrator of the room you can show a presentation in slides or the full screen at the same time you communicates with the participants through the VoIP. What do you dislike? In fact I don´t have anything wrong to say about it ; Recommendations to others considering the product: It has a free option and the payment options are cheaper compared to the competition offered by similar services. What problems are you ...

Satisfactory Experience with Join.me
What do you like best? I primarily use Join.me for its screen-sharing abilities, as I will occasionally need to include tutorials/walk-throughs of various platforms with my clients. What do you dislike? Not many people I conduct meetings with are familiar with Join.me, so it always takes a slight bit of instruction for them to access the platform. That said, it's fairly easy to use once they're in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...

What do you like best? Sending a link to share my screen is made so simple and quick. I really on join.me almost daily in my work as an account executive in business development. What do you dislike? Straightforward and easy to use
What do you like best? Join.me is extremely simple and user friendly. It loads no problem and I’ve never had an issue, both as a presenter and a viewer. What do you dislike? The branding is bold and large - it’s not at all subtle, which makes their free option not much of an option for those who would prefer smaller branding. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be prepared to pay if you want smaller or less branding What problems are you solving with the product? ...
