What do you like best? I love this software, working in customer service is hard to troubleshoot issues when you're not there so this app helps me be able to take control of the customers computer and troubleshoot the issue with ease. What do you like best? Join.me is extremely simple and user friendly. It loads no problem and I’ve never had an issue, both as a presenter and a viewer. What do you dislike?
