Great Shared Screen conferencing
What do you like best? The system is super easy to use--even for novice users. The ability to share the conference information ahead of time and to have such a seamless sign-on process is fabulous. It makes on-screen instructional training a breeze! What do you dislike? I'd like a one-off pay service since we don't use it that often, and this isn't the right product for that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's great for screen ...

A great free tool to help colaborate in a virtual office setting.
What do you like best? There is a free version and a pro version. Both versions work great. The only reason we switched in our office is everything is run through our phone system now. What do you dislike? There is not much to like. It is easy to use, easy to share and send to people. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our office is 100% virtual so it is vitally important to have a way to work together in a virtual setting but still be ...

What do you dislike? I found the web browser version more useful for my purposes, but it constantly tried to redirect me to the app, which was not my preferred method. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Leading many simultaneous video calls became ...

Join.me - By far the EASIEST screensharing software out there
What do you like best? I like that the attendee who joins doesn't have to "download" anything on their PC What do you dislike? There isn't anything I really don't like about join.me. I would make the instructions on activating video/mic more explicit (more than just click or unclick the icon on the bubble Recommendations to others considering the product: Since attendees don't have to download any software (just enter a 9 digit code that I provide it makes it very UNCOMMITMENTAL ...
