What do you like best? easy to setup meeting. able to share screens What do you dislike? hearing beep evertime new caller joins. was difficult to be the admin of a meeting the first time What problems are you solving with the product? I have had a good experience with Join.me and its functionality.

What do you like best? I like the mobile app functionality. When demo-ing mobile software, this is a huge plus. What do you dislike? It is not always reliable, but that is in part due to internet. It is also sometimes difficult for my customer to figure out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales demo of software.

Excellent Video call service with screenshare

What do you like best? A lovely tool that helps a lot with screenshare and video calls, in work we use it for customer service, Join.me offer a online video/screenshare solution, with this we can solve any customer problem. I can join a meeting with just a meeting code that Join.me provides and i can schedule a meeting. What do you dislike? When too many people are in the same screenshare, the video quality is not good, and the sounds is affected too. Join.me needs to improve that. ...

Slowness

What do you like best? It's great to be able to connect in with customers. What do you dislike? Getting control, a bit of lag, the slowness makes it hard to fix an issue. What do you like best? I love the ability to have meetings and screen sharing and that you get the option to dial in or join in by using your phone.
