Good product, didn't fit my needs

What do you like best? Easy to use. Consistent. Good quality audio. Also, I was on a yearly plan (didn't actually realize that and after we stopped using it I called in to cancel and requested a partial refund and they provided that without much push back. I appreciate that and think it is good long term strategy for them. I'd consider using again in the future because of it. If they hadn't provided it I'd be leaving a much different review. I love the function of the screen to share screen together with the mouse control in a simple way, it is a very fast and reliable tool that is easy to use from anywhere and this is fascinating.
