Great meeting till
What do you like best? Hosting and/or joining a meeting is easy with this solution. Screen sharing and conference recording is also a breeze. What do you dislike? There is really nothing I can think of that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definately recommend this application. Good value for the price. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote trading and customer support.

Great alternative to team viewer or skype screen share.
What do you like best? Its free and best of all there's nothing to download! What do you dislike? The way they try to get you to upgrade is a bit devious... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Skype kept crashing on international calls, and teamviewer has it's annoyances with non-compatible versions across the 2 users!!

What do you like best? I like the ability to share my screen with the client and the platform is user friendly What do you dislike? Sometimes the login is hard for the client to connect to. There have been times while attempting to share my screen the client could not log in because of the error message that I was already in a session Recommendations to others considering the product: I find it is an easy program to use and suggest using this for clients who are not local and need ...

What do you like best? This software is so easy to use and set up. We find it to be the best solution. What do you dislike? There seems to be no downside. We love it a lot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have monthly meetings with our stores across the state, and this allows us to do that and have video to do it.

I used Join Me (logmein when I worked in an office, but had a computer out in the field that needed to be accessed on demand, but I didn't usually have the time to physically get to it. Join me was a life saver. What do you dislike? I'm sure technology has improved since I used Join Me on a regular basis a few years ago, but if the power went out, I would have to physically access to computer to reboot it and open Join Me again. What problems are you solving ...

Good for connecting with the same individuals regularly
What do you like best? The interface is simple enough to use, including passing control to others. The connection is mostly reliable mostly though some issues on occasion. What do you dislike? First time connections are cumbersome -- it's a challenge to walk new users to the service to complete the necessary install. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Very good for sharing screens for discussion and sharing mouse control -- not your best ...

Great video conferencing software
What do you like best? Fast plugin download for all viewers and works exactly as expected What do you dislike? I wish they offered an in-web version of their service instead of requiring viewers to download a plugin. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to present our products and services to third party vendors and also help educate or staff in new products and software that we implement using screen share via join.me
