Reasonable price but difficult to use

What do you like best? It is priced right for us as we need to use it only about 20 times a year. What do you dislike? Trying to help the customer figure out how to respond to questions Join.Me needs answered when they need the customer to sign up with a new user name and password, when all the customer wants to do is share his screen with us so we can fix his problems. Very easy and accessible to use, made fixing customer issues easier

What do you like best? That you do not automatically join the conference with video on and that there is a web browser application. Price is reasonable and there are some options for customization. The screen sharing feature works well and is very easy to use and switch over from one person to another which is very useful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We use Join.me for team meetings and it works well. I have not explored other options to have a comparison, but we are definitely relatively happy with join.me. The support for join.me is wonderful and most of the customer representatives are very knowledgeable about the product and can help you sort out any issues that you have with scheduling meetings, joining meetings, and of course any issues with the software.
