Worked well, then started to have problems, then impossible to cancel
This solution works well for doing simple conference calls and some screen share presentations. However, many of our clients frequently complained about significant lag during presentations. Sometimes it became so bad, I had to slow down my presentation in order for people to be able to see each screen or action. The audio options are also pretty lackluster. The audio sounds good when using the Dial In option, but the audio quality is horrible when using the Computer audio. It frequently ...

Join.me is my favorite screen sharing tool for its simplicity
What do you like best? What I like most about join.me is screen sharing, since it is very simple and allows you to share either the full screen or a specific program or window. In addition, it is also possible to record the entire meeting. On the other hand I also like that a tool is available to mute meeting participants. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about join.me is that they only offer a free trial for a maximum of 14 days. I think they should have a totally ...

Conduct your meeting with this web-based platform.
What do you like best? Working in a small company with not enough people and resources to have one to one meetings with multiple clients is a great issue. Join.me is a platform that we use to fulfill this requirement without having an in-person meeting and still deliver what the client needs this platform is very convenient as it can easily be connected and it offers several dial-in locations. Super Easy to connect with others
What do you like best? The ease of use to start a conference and to send others the invite What do you dislike? very rarely some users cant connect for some reason and if we use a different conference site it works. Not sure if its user error or not but just seems odd with no explanation, and its happened to myself once so pretty sure not user error, could be a block/restriction error within work but unsure. Recommendations to others considering the product: great easy to ...

Join.me amazing review
What do you like best? I think join.me is a very useful program for screensharing and video conferencing, you can control the screen of the client you're dealing with. And the audio of the program is very good. What do you dislike? Everyone is using video conferencing in this time, so sometimes the program is crashing or the servers are acting weird, that's very annoying tho. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need it for school or for business ...

Simple for the customer and I
What do you like best? It's so simple to get someone who isn't computer friendly to see my screen. What do you dislike? It can be a bit clunky at first as far as which of my screens are being shown. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Showing prospective customers how are platform works instead of just blindly throwing it at them.
